All pins are handmade, so there might be some slight imperfections on them. When they arrive to me, i check them all for flaws and separate them into two different grades, A and B.
A grades have no visible flaw at a glance, and might have slight bubbles near the lines of the pins that are very hard to spot.
B grades have more noticeable flaws such as scuff from polishing, the color enamel in a spot, or visible scratch marks. B grades for this reason are lower priced than A grades.

Returns
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To make a return:
- Items must be unopened
- Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
